Is counseling confidential?

Your services at Freedom in Healing are like all other healthcare services and are protected under the Privacy Rule of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA). Your personal information can not be shared with a third party without your consent. There are a few legal exceptions to privacy and confidentiality policies, mostly pertaining to the endangerment of another person, including violence, abuse, and/or neglect.


How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can benefit anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change. You don't have to be in crisis to seek support. Many people come to therapy to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or ongoing stress. Others seek therapy to gain a better understanding of themselves, develop healthier coping skills, or improve their overall well-being.


What ages do you work with?

We provide counseling services for adults. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, addiction, or other life difficulties, we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs and goals.

No longer accepting insurance.


What Payment methods do you take?

All major credit cards, HSA/FSA..


Service fees vary depending on the type of counseling or treatment services requested. We encourage you to contact us for current rates and to discuss services that best meet your needs.

Payment is collected in full at the time of service. 

Intake appointments range from $125 to $175

Individual Therapy Fees

  • Initial Intake Assessment: $175

  • Individual Therapy Session: $150

Intensive Stabilization Group Fees

  • Initial Intake Assessment:$125–$175

  • Individual Intensive Sessions:$125–$150 per session

  • Group Therapy Sessions:$75 per session
