Faith-based Therapy

Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.

~ Psalm 30:2 ~

Christa's faith in God drives her beief that hope and healing is possible. Integrating Christian Counseling with other evidence-based treatment strategies is empowering for many and can lead to restoration and peace.

For clients who choose to use Christian Counseling in treatment, Christa will work with you to understand how your faith is intertwined with your life and support you in growing in your relationship with God. Christian Counseling is not based on guilt or shame. Rather it is focused on speaking God’s love and truth over your life. Prayer and scripture may be integrated into your therapy sessions.

If you value a biblical perspective on healing, are seeking therapy that honors your spiritual beliefs, and understand faith as part of the healing journey, I offer faith-based counseling for those who desire to integrate their faith into the counseling process. Together, we can explore life's challenges through the lens of both biblical truth and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, supporting your healing, growth, and overall well-being.

Individual Therapy

Intensive Stabilization Groups

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and desire a treatment program that integrates your Christian faith into the healing process, faith-based intensive treatment may be the right fit for you. This approach combines evidence-based mental health care with biblical principles, recognizing that emotional, psychological, and spiritual healing are deeply connected. It is designed for individuals who believe God is an important part of their recovery, have found traditional hospital-based or secular intensive outpatient programs to be lacking in spiritual support, or are seeking to better understand themselves through a biblical lens. In addition to professional clinical care, you'll find encouragement and connection within a community of others who share your faith and are pursuing hope, healing, and lasting transformation together.
